Who is responsible
TreiShe is an Ireland-based women’s health project. You can contact the team through the support page. Please do not include medical information in a support message.
Data the app may collect
Depending on the features you choose, the app may process your email address, display name, date of birth, height and weight; menopausal stage, symptoms, exercise-readiness answers, medications and physical limitations; equipment, goals and training experience; workout logs, effort ratings, session history, body measurements, mood check-ins and optional progress photos; language and notification preferences; and recipes you choose to submit.
Why we use it
We use this information to create and adapt your training experience, save your progress, provide the features you request, keep the service secure, respond to support enquiries and improve reliability. TreiShe does not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Health information
Some answers may reveal health-related information. They are used to personalise content and apply safety gates you request. TreiShe is not an emergency, diagnostic or medical-record service and does not replace care from a qualified professional.
Service providers
TreiShe uses service providers needed to operate the app and website, including Supabase for authentication, database and private file storage; Expo/EAS for app delivery and updates; Sentry for technical error monitoring when enabled; and Cloudflare/OpenAI Sites infrastructure for this website. These providers process information under their own security and privacy commitments.
Photos and device features
Progress photos are optional, stored privately and not visible to other members. Camera, photo-library, notification and biometric permissions are requested only when you choose the related feature. Biometric templates remain under the operating system’s control and are not received by TreiShe.
Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Free-plan progress photos are intended to be removed after 12 months; paid-plan retention may differ when such plans become available. You can permanently delete your account and associated app data from Profile → Account → Delete my account.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission or your local supervisory authority. Use the support page to make a request; we may need to verify your identity.
Security and changes
We use access controls and private, account-scoped storage, but no system can promise absolute security. We will update this policy when the service or legal requirements change and will show a new effective date here.
